Cycling

At Swim Africa, we appreciate cycling as an activity that is fun for children and engaging as well. We pride in teaching children how to cycle which helps them with their self-esteem and confidence. 

Cycling is a great cardiovascular exercise which helps in keeping them active and improves their strength. It impacts co-ordination and motor skills. They learn how to balance themselves which makes them more alert and responsive to their surroundings.

We encourage safety first for the children and therefore ensure the use of helmets for all cycling sessions.
